Though this film is a remake we have not copied the film. Instead of Wednesday it could be Thursday or Friday also. Though India is a democratic country, politics differ in each State. In the same way this film will have a different deliberation.
I like to direct films. It is really pleasurable thing to handle one’s own story. For last 20 years I have not rested. Working gives me happiness. That is why I don’t think of taking rest. I cannot change the society.
But my films will depict the society.” While speaking about his daughter Shruthi, he said,” I have not given any advice to my daughter with regard to her acting. It is not proper to advice her at this age. Normally I don’t like to advice people. I have given full of freedom to Shruthi. Shruthi is good in music than acting. If she puts some more effort on music she will definitely shine in it. Shruthi has composed the music for the film Unnai Pol Oruvan in a great way. She can also act in my films if she finds the character and story is suitable for her.”

Simbhu’s reaction about Nayanthara romance with Prabhu Deva

Asian Celebrity July 21st, 2009

When Simbhu was asked how he felt about Nayanthara’s romance with Prabhu Deva, he said,” Whys should I feel about their romance.
It is not correct on my part to comment on one’s romantic affairs. I have no right to do it. It is their personal matter. Why should we do research on these matters. But if it gives happiness for the people concerned.
Let it happen and my wishes for them”. When asked him whether he is telling the truth, he quipped,” I have crossed all these pains. If you remember once there was news that I tried to commit suicide. At that time I told that even if I die I will resurrect like Jesus Christ on the third day.
Though the word uttered by me is blasphemy, I want to live like that. Romance alone is not life. Life is like a script. If you are a script writer, you would decide with whom the hero should unite in the climax. Even if the hero wants to join with another girl, you will separate her at any cost. In the same way God is also uniting me with girls and separating me and finally in the climax scene he will send me a suitable girl. Now the time has come and I told my parents to find a suitable girl for me.”
